Over years of study, I've learned that it takes more than any one form of practice to achieve health, wellness, and vitality. These are gifts that require tending; they require a multi-faceted approach. Movement, stress reduction practices, creative expression, touch, and the regular intake of nourishing foods are all key components in both acquiring and maintaining these gifts.
 

As a certified personal trainer, licensed massage therapist, yoga instructor, and wellness coach, I've developed a multi-faceted approach to overall wellness.

I customize each to meet the unique needs of my clients, not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. Modalities and tools I often use include Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, energetic balancing, and guided meditation.
